With Luigi Ferrero’s springform pan, you can effortlessly prepare perfect cake bases, cheesecakes, mousse cakes, and pound cakes. After baking, let the cake cool slightly, remove the rim and base – and your cake is ready without the need for flipping or risk of tearing. The non-stick coating prevents batter from sticking to the sides. If the batter is very liquid, you can grease and dust the bottom and sides with breadcrumbs. Lining the base with parchment paper before attaching the rim is also recommended. After baking, let the cake cool for a while, remove the rim and base - the cake base is ready without turning or risk of tearing. The non-stick coating prevents the dough from sticking to the edges. If the dough is very runny, you can butter and bread the base and edges.
