The LOWA Zephyr MK2 GTX HI is a tactical high-top boot designed specifically for demanding conditions and missions, offering an excellent combination of agility, lightness and stability. It is particularly well suited for special forces applications such as parachuting, fast-roping and Close Quarters Combat. The upper consists of water-repellent and tear-resistant suede leather and durable and breathable CORDURA® material. This combination of materials makes the shoe highly durable, breathable and comfortable for long-distance tasks. The high shaft (HI-CUT) provides strong ankle support and protection, which is especially important for jumping and rope landing tasks.
Innovative lacing hooks allow for individual lacing adjustment in both the foot and ankle area. This ensures an excellent fit and comfort during long periods of use.
The high quality GORE-TEX PROFESSIONAL laminate used in the shoe provides waterproof and breathable protection in wet and variable weather conditions, keeping feet dry and comfortable all day long. This feature makes the shoe particularly suitable for use in humid and temperate climates.
LOWA's patented MONOWRAP® construction and double-layer injection-moulded PU midsole optimally surround and support the foot, reducing stress and increasing stability in demanding tasks. The LOWA® X-TRAC MILITARY outsole provides excellent traction and stability on a variety of terrain. The outsole is also slip, oil, fuel and contact rubber resistant.
The LOWA Zephyr MK2 GTX HI is certified for professional use according to EN ISO 20347:2012 (O2 HI CI WR HRO FO SRC). It is antistatic and its sole structure effectively insulates against cold and heat, providing safety and comfort in all conditions.
