The boot features a GORE-TEX membrane, making it waterproof, windproof and breathable. Your feet stay dry and comfortable even in wet and cold weather. The high-quality leather upper is durable and long-lasting, and moulds to the shape of your foot with use. The DYNAPU® midsole developed by LOWA, with its support structure and dual injection moulding, offers excellent shock absorption and support on long hikes. The VIBRAM outsole provides a reliable grip even on slippery and uneven terrain.
LOWA’s last is designed to provide an optimal fit for a traditional foot, which means the standard last width is particularly well-suited to Finnish feet. There is sufficient space in the toe box to prevent the toes from feeling cramped on long hikes. The shaft height is 110 mm on the inside and 142 mm on the outside, providing good ankle support on uneven terrain. The boot is moderately stiff, making it stable and supportive on varied terrain. The heel-to-toe drop is 15.5 mm, which supports a natural stride.
