The product contains a uniquely diverse combination of microbes (over 120 species) and 30 billion live bacteria per daily dose. Based on organic food, Symbiotic contains all the growth factors for a thriving gut flora: beneficial microbes, nutrients that support their living conditions and microbial metabolites (including activated polyphenols, soy peptides and short-chain fatty acids). General recommendations (at normal weight):

16 years and older: 1 capsule once or twice daily with food. If necessary, 1 to 2 capsules twice daily.
