Reishi spores are the most nutrient-dense part of the laceworm and provide the best benefits for health and body defence. Compared to other parts of the sponge, the spores contain, among other things, the highest concentration of triterpenes. Reishi spores are well suited for seasonal symptoms, among other things. Living Nutrition Reishi Spore
has been fermented to ensure that the important compounds contained in the spores are in the most bioavailable form possible.
