Linomix contains natural substances valuable for health. Linomix mixed with porridge, berry soup, natural yogurt, etc. tastes good and protects the body.
After pressing, the groats contain about 20% of the original amount of linseed oil. Linseed meal contains many substances with health effects: fatty acids, such as omega-3 and omega-6, fibers 28% (of which 1/3 are soluble), mucilage substances, lignans and minerals such as magnesium and potassium, and trace elements such as silicon.
Flaxseed contains fatty acids, especially alpha-linolenic acid, which is considered very important. Fatty acids play an essential role in the functioning of cell membranes and the brain. The lignans contained in flaxseed are important antioxidants. As a source of lignans, flaxseed meal is superior compared to other plants. For example, compared to rye, the lignan content is several hundred times higher. From a daily dose of Linomix, which contains about 10.4 g of flaxseed meal, a person gets about 7 mg of lignans (max. intake recommendation 40 mg/day).
Ingredients : Linseed meal 52%, rosehip bark powder, oat bran, Indian sugar, cranberry powder, blueberry powder, sea buckthorn powder, antioxidant (ascorbic acid), anti-caking agent (silica).
