Consumer instructions:
Mix 45 g (0,8 dl) powder with 4 dl cold water. The carbohydrate content is 9,4 % and the osmolality is 270 mOsm/kg for a drink prepared as instructed. You can dilute the drink with water to achieve the desired carbohydrate content. To be consumed during physical activity.
