The Le-On Fly ProMAX is an ultra-light camera drone equipped with high-quality features and a control and image transmission range of up to 3000 metres. Based on its capabilities, it is suitable for both beginners in aerial photography and more experienced hobby users.
The main camera records FullHD video (2560 × 1440) and is mounted on a 3-axis gimbal that stabilises the image during flight. The gimbal keeps the horizon level and reduces unwanted vibrations for smoother footage. Real-time image transmission is carried over 5 GHz Wi-Fi, with both control and live view reaching up to three kilometres, depending on conditions.
The Fly ProMAX weighs just under 250 grams including the battery. Flight time is just over 20 minutes per battery, and an additional battery is included, enabling up to 45 minutes of total flight time with fully charged batteries. Stable hovering is achieved through a combination of GPS positioning and optical flow. The GPS-based Follow Me function tracks the controller from a distance of up to 15 metres, allowing flexible movement, for example while cycling.
The mobile app provides a wide range of intelligent flight functions, such as waypoint flight, where the drone automatically follows a route defined on the map. Point-of-interest orbit, automated ascent shots and Return-to-Home enhance usability and add creative shooting possibilities. The remote controller is equipped with a 5” built-in display.
