Do you want to take charge of a retail operation the likes of which come along only once in a career?

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our new hypermarket. In this role, you will not just run a store – you will manage an exceptionally large 15,000-square-metre department store, lead a top team of more than 100 professionals, and ensure that our selection of 150,000 products offers a solution for every customer’s needs, every day. The store complex will also include Kärkkäinen’s machinery store and a Fresh!Burger restaurant. In this organisation, you will have the opportunity to influence both the customer experience and employee well-being from the very opening of the store.

The employment relationship is full-time and permanent. The Store Manager is expected to begin onboarding into the role and the company in October 2026.
