The diversity of Finnish fishing waters sometimes produces gray hair for fishermen. Sometimes the lure has to travel on the surface and other times it has to go deep when there are absolutely no fish in the shallows. In southern Finland, the lakes have an average depth of about three meters, but going north, the lakes can be up to tens of meters deep. Trouts and walleyes chasing shoals of muikku can be reached from surface waters with normal lures, but when the sonar draws schools of fish to a good ten meters, the usual lure no longer works. In that case, turn to Kuusamo's Press Deeps or Press Ouistim. With them, you can get the lure where the fish are!
