For adults and children over 12 years:
1 teaspoon mixed in a glass of water, drink immediately after mixing with water.

Apply a small amount of powder to the palm of the hand. Wet toothbrush and dip it into the powder. Gently brush teeth for 2 minutes. Brush again with water or toothpaste to remove any excess from the teeth.
