The composition of nutrients is as follows: protein 32%, fat 21%, annealing residue 6.9%, fiber 1.5%, calcium 1.1%, phosphorus 0.9%, magnesium 0.08%, potassium 0.7%, sodium 0.55%, chloride 1% and sulfur 0.40%.
