Kääpä Mushrooms uses Ultrasonic Assisted Extraction (UAE) technology for extraction: this breaks the mushroom's cell wall consisting of chitin. Chitin can be partially broken by e.g. with alcohol, but with UAE you can better extract the important non-water-soluble compounds of the flavor.
Kääpä Mushrooms only uses mushroom spores, which means an honest mushroom product!

Dosage: KÄÄPÄ Mushroom extracts are the nobility of mushroom extracts. Always start with a test dose and increase the dosage slowly. The recommended maximum daily dose is 2ml (3x pipettes).
Note! Because the extracts are strong, it is recommended to take a break from use for about a week every 3 months.
