The burner compartment has rubber edges for easy handling. Simple to use: the burner is attached to the cup and the gas is twisted into place. Turn the switch and the piezo ignites the flame. The same switch is used to adjust the intensity of the flame.
The patented, wind-protected FluxRing base transfers heat efficiently and evenly to the cup. Heat transfer capacity of 5 300 BTU (1.5 kW) to heat 0.5 litres of water to boiling in 2 minutes! The efficiently insulated cooking pot also serves as a drinking cup. The neoprene sock on the outside makes it safer to use and saves gas. The boiling indicator stripes on the side of the insulated pot change colour when the water inside is boiling.
