Plötulopi is an unspun yarn, which makes it fragile to knit, but because it consists of long wool fibers, it can be used even to make sweaters. It can be knitted as 1-ply, or as 2-ply by knitting from two cakes at once. <ul><li>Material: 100% Icelandic new wool</li><li>Weigt/Meterage = 100 g / approx. 300 m</li><li>Suggested needle sizes: 4-5,5 mm</li><li>Gauge / 10 cm: 1 ply: 19 sts = 10 cm, 2 ply: 14 sts = 10 cm</li><li>Felting: machine wash at 40 degrees</li><li>Washing instructions: Hand wash at 30°C</li></ul>
