Choose the weight of the gloves according to the purpose of use:- 10 oz: the lightest boxing glove e.g. for technique training, bag training and padi training.
- 12 oz: e.g. for light sparring, technique training with a training partner.
- 14 oz: thicker padding is suitable for e.g. for hard hitting, heavier sparring and padi training.
