Cat6a cables that have been improved from the Cat6 standard (Category 6 augmented) are the best choice for installation over a longer period of time. The maximum speed of Cat6a is 10 Gb/s, as in Cat6, but up to a distance of 100 meters and up to 500 MHz. Shielded Cat6a cable is the best cabling solution for years to come.
The Intellinet Cat6a cable contains 100% copper wiring, is halogen-free (LSZH / LS0H) and fully interference-protected. The cable is perfectly suited, for example, between servers, between servers and recorders, between servers and switches, for 10 Gb/s connections and active-zone cabling. The cables are compatible with T568A and T568B wiring.
