Kärkkäinen Oy is a privately owned Finnish family company owned by Juha and Leena Kärkkäinen. It is known for its affordable prices, extensive selection and excellent customer service. The company’s story began in market trading in 1988, driven by Juha Kärkkäinen’s desire to offer everyday goods to ordinary Finns at lower prices. More than 30 years later, Kärkkäinen Oy has grown into one of the largest family-owned retail companies in Finland.
