The Inora secondary composter consists of two layers on top of the bottom part and a lid. The removable layers allow for shovelling at a good height both when filling and emptying. The bottom is closed, so that tree roots do not enter the composter and no liquid from the composter runs underneath. The Inora secondary composter has ample openings for air circulation to ensure even maturation of the mass. Can also be used for composting garden waste.
The Inora secondary composter continues the work of the thermal composter by post-cooking the mass at a lower temperature and slower. The end result is a mature, nutrient-rich soil free of weed seeds and pathogens.
Recomposting requires no constant maintenance, and the mass will fully mature into a soil almost on its own.
