IKON D-SERIE #3 9'5" is a medium/large action rod designed specifically for surface fly fishing. The rod is soft in action, but still recovers quickly from casting. The action of the blank allows the rod to be used with a wide range of #3 and #4 surface lines, the D-SERIE casts well even with #5 lines. In addition to surface fly fishing, the rod is also suitable for pocket fishing in small rivers with nymph techniques, with a slightly shorter basic nymph length.
