The Ice Power cold/warm pack is easy to shape and of high quality.
The pack can be used chilled to reduce pain and swelling. When heated, the pack is suitable for treating non-inflammatory pain conditions. In injury situations and long-term muscle pain conditions, follow-up treatment with Ice Power cold gel is recommended.
Use when cold

- To relieve pain in soft tissue injuries
- The multi-purpose cold/warm pack is cooled either in the freezer or the refrigerator for at least two hours. The package remains moldable to the body down to -27 °C.
- A cold pack is applied to the injured area for about 30 minutes. The treatment can be repeated every 3-5 hours on the pain area.
- To avoid frostbite, the cold pack must not be placed directly on the skin, but e.g. on top of a compression bandage or towel or inside a protective glove.
Use when warm
- For the treatment of non-inflammatory pain conditions
- Heated in a water bath with a maximum temperature of +80 °C for five minutes or in a microwave oven at medium power for 1-2 minutes in a bowl filled with water.
- Used on the pain area for about 30 minutes. The treatment can be repeated every 3-5 hours.
- To avoid burns, the package must not be placed directly on the skin, but e.g. on top of a compression bandage or towel or inside a protective glove.
