lVia Naturale Well-being Melatonin spray is a fast-absorbing melatonin product. Melatonin helps shorten the time to fall asleep and relieves the individual effects of the time difference.
Ingredients: Water. fructose (contains fruit sugar), lemon flavor, melatonin, thickener (xanthan gum), acidity regulator (citric acid), preservatives (calcium sorbate, sodium sorbate).
Dosage: For falling asleep: For adults, 6 sprays under the tongue as needed 10-30 minutes before going to bed. For the problem of falling asleep due to the time difference: For adults, 6 sprays (1.9 mg) under the tongue. Melatonin helps alleviate the individual effects of jet lag when taken in a dose of at least 0.5 mg close to bedtime on the first day of travel and for the next few days after arriving at the destination.
