The triangle rectangle is a robust and versatile tool for all professionals. It has a solid aluminum frame with precise and durable CNC machined edges. With the help of the tool, you can quickly and accurately mark 45° and 90° angles. The thick edge can also be used as an aid in sawing. The saw can be held straight against the edge or when sawing at an angle. The versatile tool is also suitable for making pencil markings and as an aid in cutting plasterboard with a knife. The Hultafors triangle can also be used as a protractor for measuring and marking different angles. Mita has scales for sawing the roof rafters, folding beams and rafters of a flat roof.
Characteristics
- The solid aluminum frame has precise and durable CNC-machined edges.
- Anti-glare and protective anodized coating.
- The laser-etched scales are very resistant to wear and the numbers are clearly visible.
- Marking notches.
- A thick edge is useful for sawing.
- Tolerance +/-0.06 degrees
- 0-90 degrees and centimeter scale.
Accurate 45° and 90° markings The tool allows you to mark 45° and 90° corners quickly and accurately. The carpenter's triangle can also be used as a protractor, which makes it easy to measure and mark angles from 0 to 90 degrees.
Marking notches Carrying out different tasks with the same tool saves a lot of time. The marking notches of the Hultafors carpenter's triangular rectangle can be used, for example, to mark longitudinal lines or to cut plasterboard to the right size.
Sawing support Thanks to the thick CNC-machined edge and heat-treated solid aluminum, the Hultafors carpenter's triangle is a useful tool for sawing as well. The saw can be guided directly against the edge of the miter gauge in cross or diagonal sawing. The protective coating also increases friction, so the protractor stays firmly in place against the workpiece when it is used to support sawing.
Sawing of roof rafters, trusses and rafters Mita has scales for sawing roof trusses, trusses and rafters. This feature is explained in more detail in the video below.
