With IP68 and 5 ATM water resistance, you can measure your rainy day runs and swimming workouts. The device's built-in GPS records the route taken for outdoor exercise, so you get accurate data on speed and exercise impact, along with heart rate monitoring.
Comprehensive health monitoring
The redesigned Health Display function supports accurate continuous heart rate monitoring, blood oxygen level monitoring and sleep quality monitoring, providing a comprehensive health information package with a single scan. In the morning, you can check your watch for a summary of the day and night before, and set yourself sleep rhythm targets. From the HONOR Health app, you can activate reminders for long periods of sitting and bedtime, but you can also play a relaxing soundscape to help you get to sleep and calm down.
