Hirvelän Ovenkama, roasted and finely milled oat kernels, is a traditional Finnish delicacy in a ready-to-eat form. It has been produced in the same way in Hirvelä since 1966. It is produced of Finnish oats. Only a pinch of salt is added to the end result. It can be added to smoothies, yogurt or porridge. In the past, it has been added to sourmilk. It works well in baking.. The product is gluten-free.
