The favourite machine of many advanced bodybuilders and powerlifters at HC GYM in Tallinn.
Lightweight and almost frictionless handles with height adjustment.
Suitable for all gym clients, as the resistance is too light for men when empty and no more than a starting weight for women.
The advantage to side shoulder raises with dumbbells is that no matter how tired you get and your lower body twists, your shoulders and arms will only and only move by pumping and increasing the lateral aspect of your shoulders.
Top bodybuilders and fitness athletes also use this as their own workout during the base fitness season and especially as races approach during the diet for finishing.
This machine "burns" and "dries" out those last bits of sweat between muscle and skin.
