Instructions for use for the consumer:
1. Pour the contents of the bag (54g) into 2 dl of room temperature water.
2. Stir until the powder is dissolved.
3. Add 8 dl of cold water and stir again. The drink will stay fresh in the refrigerator for about 24 hours.
Before exercise: Drink 1-2 dl of Hart-Sport Energy sports drink about 20-30 minutes before and also just before exercise to replenish the body's energy stores.
During exercise: Drink 1-2 dl of HartSport Energy sports drink every 15-20 minutes.
