Ingredients : glucose, malic acid (E296), sodium chloride, natural flavors, magnesium carbonate (E504), potassium citrate (E322), sodium phosphate (E339, aspartame (E951), quinoline yellow (E104), patent blue (E131).
Use and dosage : 2 dl of powder is mixed with 3 liters of water. Stir until the powder has dissolved. The drink stays fresh in the cold for about a day.
Before the performance, drink 1-2 dl of sports drink approx. 20-30 minutes before and also just before the performance to fill the body's energy stores.
During performance: Enjoy 1-2 dl of sports drink every 15-20 minutes.
