An excellent stove for a wide range of uses. The Haghus 150 stove MK II is a stove model that has been redesigned in many ways. It can be used as a stove in a tent sauna, for heating a tent in a cloud tent, or for other similar uses. You can heat, cook and even heat your sauna with one and the same fireplace by installing the optional stone cages on the side and on top. The fireplace also comes with an optional water heater for heating water. The Haghus 150 fireplace is therefore a very versatile appliance with a really wide range of uses.
The fireplace is designed with 4 reinforced, folding legs which make it easy to transport. Transport is also made easier by the fact that all parts of the stove's chimney fit inside the stove for transport/storage. The fireplace also has an ash trap that also acts as a draft regulator. For this model we have also increased the diameter of the chimney from 60mm to 70mm. This, together with the draft trap, provides excellent draught!
The dimensions of the stove have been thought out to ensure that the most commonly sold flap size in Finland fits well into the nest.
A range of accessories are available for the stove, including stone cages for stove stones, side compartments and a hot water heater.
From an earlier version, we learned that a stove with heavy draught in a tent sauna requires a chimney made of stronger sheet metal in the long run. We have reinforced the wall thickness of the chimney by a fair amount so that the sheet metal will not burn from the lowest parts even under the hardest sauna heaters!
