Gymstick Alpha Power Rack is a sturdy and durable squat rack for gym and business use. The adjustable safety irons guarantee the trainee safety and security for training. The Power Rack has the option of chin-ups / hanging. With an incline bench, the rack can be used for bench press and incline bench press. This Power Rack does not necessarily need to be anchored to the floor, because the stabilizing bar at the back keeps the frame stable and sturdy during training.
