Ground Zero's GZNW SPL elements are designed to withstand really violent trajectories, produce wild sound pressures and earth-shaking lows.
These elements are designed using Klippel optimization. The testing periods last 10 hours and during them the element's power endurance is exceeded four times and its behavior is studied with numerous different measurements. In this way, weak points can be removed already in the design phase and the end result is an element without weaknesses!
A large and powerful magnet keeps the three-inch voice coil in excellent control. The solid cast frame is designed in such a way that it breathes properly and does not hinder the operation of the bass in the case. Thanks to the long voice coil and the deep magnet, the element has a range of motion of 70 millimeters! With this overdrive, great bass reproduction is achieved at all frequencies, even the lowest ones. The reinforced paper cone of the element is really stiff and the stitching-reinforced attachment to the upper suspension is guaranteed to last. Model
