The best in terms of health effects are Greenfinn's berry groats, which are either mixed with yogurt, yogurt, curd or sprinkled on top of porridge. Grits can also be used in baking. The dried berry is ground to just the right coarseness, so that most of the seeds are broken so that the oils and other bioactive ingredients are usable by our body. For example, a 250 ml box of groats contains 4000-5000 berry seeds, pulp and peel. The dyes in the skin of the berry contain a real antioxidant bomb when we enjoy different colors; blue, red and yellow berry flakes. Ingredients: Contains peel and seed parts.
