Vitamin D promotes:<ul><li> Normal function of the immune system (the level of vitamin D (calcidiol) in the blood of people with osteoporosis should be between 75–120 nmol/l. The dose needed to reach the level varies between 25–100 microg/day)</li><li> Normal absorption / utilization of calcium and phosphorus</li><li> Normal blood calcium level</li><li> Keeping bones, muscles and teeth normal</li></ul> Vitamin E acts as a cell-protecting antioxidant. Ingredients: Filler (microcrystalline cellulose), DL-alpha-tocopherol acetate (vitamin E)**, anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of vegetable fatty acids), cholecalciferol (D3- vitamin from sheep&#39;s wool)**.
