The handle of the walking stick has a seven-step length adjustment with screw tightening. The screw tightening prevents the adjustment hole from becoming oval and the stick from rattling when walking. The height-adjustable carbon fiber stick weighs only 295 g, which is approx. 30% lighter than the aluminum equivalent.
The handle is made of shaped, smooth-surfaced plastic. The German company Gastrock has been manufacturing walking sticks since 1868
