With FunCakes mix for Enchanted Cream, you can easily get a wonderful snow-white, vanilla-flavored frosting for muffins and cakes. The frosting is easy to prepare and its consistency is more airy than buttercream. The taste is mild, so you can easily add other flavor to it yourself if you want.
Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup (dried), partially hydrogenated oil (palm), emulsifier (E471, E472f), hydrogenated fat (coconut), milk protein, dextrose, milk powder (fat-free), stabilizers (E450, E263, E339, E516), thickeners (E401, E464), anti-caking agent (E341). May contain traces of:
gluten, egg , soy and lupine.
Preparation: 1 serving: mix 150 g of powder, 100 ml of milk and 100 ml of water, mixing quickly for 3 minutes. Add your desired FunCakes flavoring. The mixture is suitable as a filling or decoration and can be used immediately. The finished mixture can be stored in the refrigerator for several days. Stir before reuse. The mixture can be prepared with only milk (200 ml) or water (200 ml). One portion of the mixture is enough to fill two layers and cover a 1 ø 25 cm cake or frost approx. 24-30 muffins.
