Friggs Triple Magnesium is a tasty effervescent tablet with a Red Orange flavour. It supports normal energy metabolism and normal muscle function. One effervescent tablet contains as much as 300 mg of magnesium, as well as three different forms of magnesium. It also contains vitamin B6, which aids the absorption of magnesium.
Daily dose:
