Carefully considered solutions have been used in the design of 4Connect STAGE2 RCA cables to achieve the best end result.
STAGE2 cables use the usual thicker tinned OFC conductor ( T-OFC ) as conductors. The cables also have one extra wire, which enables significantly better immunity to interference. The structure is a triple-protected, very tightly twisted Twisted Pair structure that eliminates interference. There is a foil layer around the conductors that removes induced disturbances from the cable, as well as the insulation known from high-voltage cables, which has a significant effect on the transmission of the line signal.
With this structure, an incredibly good immunity to interference has been achieved, which is especially important for delivering an interference-free signal, especially in vehicle use.
The insulation of the connectors is HDPE plastic with high insulating capacity, and an opposite cone is cast inside the connector as a pull post. Each BHMC connector is tensile tested in quality control to ensure safe and tight contact.
The cable also has a separate conductor that can be used as an excitation cable or grounded as an aid for interference removal.
