Foscam T8EP is a compact but powerful 8MP 4K PoE surveillance camera that produces extremely sharp and detailed image quality around the clock. The fixed‑lens design provides a wide viewing angle and a clear view of the entire surveillance area without moving parts. The powerful IR illumination and bright spotlights enable both traditional black‑and‑white night vision and color night vision in complete darkness, which improves the recognizability of details even in challenging conditions.
Advanced artificial intelligence recognizes people and vehicles, which reduces unnecessary alerts and makes surveillance more reliable. T8EP reacts actively to events: the camera can turn on the spotlights and activate a sound alarm, which acts as an effective deterrent against intruders. The built‑in microphone and speaker enable two‑way audio, allowing communication or warnings through the camera in real time. T8EP is excellently suited for monitoring yards, entrances, carports and other outdoor areas.
PoE power supply makes installation neat and reliable: a single Ethernet cable is sufficient for both power and data connection. The IP66 weather‑resistant structure ensures the camera’s operation year‑round in rain, wind and freezing temperatures. Recording is possible to a microSD card (up to 512 GB) or to a Foscam NVR recorder.
