Foodin's apple cider vinegar is unpasteurized and made from unfiltered organic apple juice. As a result of natural fermentation, the product contains 5% acetic acid. The drink also contains an important precipitate, or "the mother". In addition to the traditional unflavored version, our apple cider vinegar is also available flavored with organic honey and ginger.
Apple cider vinegar is great for salad and vinaigrette, as a seasoning for stews with various sauces, and for preservation. Season the baked fish with traditional apple cider vinegar with lemon juice. A tasty drink that supports digestion and promotes intestinal balance is conveniently created by adding 2-3 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar to carbonated or non-carbonated water.
