Chlorella, or more familiarly chlorella, is definitely one of Foodin's most popular green products. Klorella has gained a lot of praise and praise due to its versatility, clever user interface and good shelf life.
Chlorella is not a seaweed but a single-celled freshwater algae. Therefore, it does not contain significant amounts of iodine. Chlorella's name comes from its high chlorophyll, i.e. leafy green, content. Chlorella contains more leafy greens per gram than any other plant on our planet.
Foodin's Korean Chlorella powder is a very high quality chlorella of the vulgaris variety, which is cultivated in strictly controlled growing tanks in South Korea.
Ingredients: Chlorella algae
Recommended daily dose: aCarefully reduce the use of chlorella to 1/3–2/3 teaspoon (1.5–3 grams), and gradually increase to 1–2 teaspoons (5–10 grams) per day, listening to your body.
Enjoy chlorella mixed with water, in a smoothie or with any other liquid. The taste of greens and microalgae may seem particularly strong at first. We warmly recommend citrus fruits, such as lemon juice, to enhance the taste. The sour element perfectly balances the bitter green flavors. Always combine green powders and tablets with good oils and/or fats, such as high-quality olive oil. Fat also masks the taste and improves the absorption of fat-soluble compounds.
