Chlorella, or chlorella in Finnish, is one of Foodin's most popular green products and has gained great popularity, especially as a credit product of our long-term customers.
Chlorella is a unicellular freshwater alga. It is therefore not seaweed, and does not contain significant amounts of iodine. Chlorella's name comes from its high chlorophyll, i.e. leafy green, content. This algae contains more leafy greens per gram than any other plant on our planet.
Foodin's Korean Chlorella tablets are very high quality chlorella of the vulgaris variety, which is cultivated in strictly controlled growing tanks in South Korea. Chlorella tablets or compresses are made by pressing 100% pure chlorella powder, without binders or other added fillers.

Recommended daily dose: Start using chlorella carefully, listening to your body with 7–14 tablets. Later, the amount can be increased to 25–40 tablets per day. The size of one tablet is 200 mg.
Take chlorella tablets with water. You can also add chlorella tablets as such to salad or various snack mixes. Along with green powders and tablets, also enjoy good oils and/or fats, such as high-quality olive oil. This improves the absorption of fat-soluble compounds and, if necessary, masks the strong taste of green powder. If necessary, sour lemon (juice) also helps to reduce the bitterness of the green powders
