Ingredients: Bioactive collagen protein in collagen hydrolyzate form (bovine). Coarse powder.
Dosage: Measure 15 g (approx. 3 tablespoons) of powder onto the bottom of a drinking glass (2 dl). Add water to the glass and mix well. The powder can be mixed with any cold, hot or hot drink, smoothie or food (e.g. chilled, yoghurt, juice soup, etc.) Do this every day for at least 3 months.
The measured amount of 15 grams of powder corresponds to about 3 tablespoons of powder.
The recommended daily dose (15 g) contains 15 g of collagen hydrolyzate. Recommended for continuous, everyday use. If you forget to take a daily dose, take it as soon as you remember. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. The dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of small children.
Storage: Store at room temperature in a dry place with the lid tightly closed.
