HERA80 is a protein powder containing high-quality whey protein made from the milk of Kuusamo Juusto in Kuusamo. Its protein promotes the growth and preservation of muscle mass, and maintains bone condition. Whey protein is best suited for use, for example, in the morning, before/after training, when rapid absorption of the protein is desired.
You can also mix the good-tasting Hera80 powder into a smoothie or porridge to increase the protein content of the meal. HERA80 dissolves easily in all liquids.
