A liquid food supplement containing iron, vitamin C and folic acid, making it easy to add these nutrients to your diet as needed. Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, which are needed to transport oxygen to the tissues. Folate contributes to normal blood formation and tissue growth during pregnancy. Vitamin C increases the absorption of iron. Iron, folate and vitamin C help reduce tiredness and fatigue.
