Elixi Pellavansiemen is a multipurpose stomach friend. The health-promoting properties of flaxseeds and the functioning of the stomach have already been known to the ancient people. New studies support the old genetic information. Flaxseed contains a lot of linoleic and alpha-linolenic acids, which play an important role as building materials for cell membranes.
Finnish flax seeds grown in the long-day area contain up to 20% more of these acids than seeds imported from abroad. Elixi Flax seeds are produced in Finland under controlled contract cultivation.
Flaxseeds can be used, for example, for cooking and baking, as well as for making traditional flaxseed. Flaxseed contains good quality fat, fiber and protein. Used as such, flaxseed does not dissolve in the digestive system.
