The DJI Care Refresh 1-Year Plan (DJI AIR 2S) offers two replacement units for a small additional fee per year and covers a wide range of accidents, giving you greater peace of mind when using your drone.
DJI Care Refresh can be tied to a previously purchased DJI aircraft when it meets one of the following criteria: A brand new and unactivated aircraft or drone has been activated within the last 48 hours.
- Makes it possible to inexpensively exchange a DJI copter for a working one if the old one has had an accident
- The accident can be, for example, water damage or a collision
- The contract is valid for one year, and the copter is exchanged at most twice during its validity: the first time €119, the second €149
- The contract is primarily for new copters: must be activated within 48 hours of commissioning the copter at https://service.dji.com/care/active
- If the registration is made after 48 hours, the current condition of the copter must be reported to DJI: https://repair.dji.com/en/djicare/customerupload
- The service is an activation code delivered by mail, which you can use to activate the DJI Care Fresh service
