Consumer instructions:
Can be used before, during and after exercise. Recommendation 1–2 effervescent tablets per day. Dissolve the effervescent tablet in 5 dl of water. Drink 1.5–2 dl approximately every 15 minutes during exercise. The effervescent tablet can be split and mixed with a smaller amount of water if desired. 1 tablet = dose. 15 tablets make 7.5 liters of ready-made sports drink. The dosage according to the instructions should not be exceeded. Caffeine content (from green tea) 2mg/effervescent tablet. Not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Keep out of reach of small children. The dietary supplement does not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.
