Manual:
Heat Decibullz thermoplastic molds in boiling water for 5 minutes. Let them cool for at least 30 seconds and then shape them to fit your ears. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before removing from the ear. If you don't get them to fit perfectly the first time, you can always shape them again.
