Hammock with waterproof base - DD Travel Hammock Travel has two layers. When you lie in the hammock, there are two separate layers of fabric under you. When you use the hammock in cold conditions (or there are a lot of mosquitoes), you can put a sleeping pad between the fabrics as thermal insulation / protection. In addition, these two separate layers make the hammock more durable. Between the two material layers are stickers that keep the sleeping pad in place. There are two two-way zippers on the side of the hammock, through which you can get between the inner base fabric and the mosquito net, i.e. inside the hammock. Getting in is effortless thanks to the long zippers.
There are five-meter mooring ropes at both ends. The mosquito net rests on elastic cords, which are also included in the package. You also have the option of lying in the hammock so that the mosquito net is below you, the so-called as the third layer. The water resistance of the non-hanging material is 3000 mm/m2, which allows it to be used as a sleeping bag cover or a tent. The package contains two folding sticks, which you can use to make the spread mosquito net more spacious. Inside the hammock there are two pockets where you can store small items. There are five loops under the mosquito net to which you can attach light objects, such as a lamp.
Mosquito net - really mosquito proof The mesh is so dense that it keeps out all tropical insects. It is known that the Scottish midge, which is about 1.4 mm in size, cannot penetrate the net. The size of the Finnish firefly is approx. 1-2 mm, so it may enter through the holes in the net.
