The Core Half Rack squat rack has extensive adjustment options. The width can be adjusted between 82–107 cm with 6-step adjustment, and the height between 90-150 cm with 15-step adjustment. The maximum weight capacity of the squat rack is 300 kg, so training with larger bars is also possible. The stand also has safety bars, the lowest height of which is 47 cm and the highest 78 cm. The weight limit for safety irons is 120 kg.
